To Add 3 more features to the already developed mobile Application

We need to add three more features to the already developed mobile Application ( App is not live and hosted yet ).
Three features need to add are as below:
1) Loading a real 3D model from 3D city model of Berlin for a specific location.
(in previous case, the loaded 3D model did not match the real house at the location).
2) Placing several models
(Previously it was only possible to place a single model).
3) Add collaboration, i.e. other people can load project and add or change models.
Important Information : You can Find and read the developed project report in the attachment.
***Requirements (based on application scenario, etc.) for such an app are to be worked out***
Based on this, the concept for the app is to be developed by designing, among other things, concrete application functionalities, suitable user interfaces as well as a system architecture.
The (prototypical) implementation of the mobile app shall be done with a common AR-SDK (AR- Core, ARkit, Unity) on a mobile platform (Android, iOS).
Afterwards, the app shall be tested and evaluated regarding the requirements.
