Fantasy Mob Creation with Unique Abilities

Pay will range from $20-250 ish or more but im trying to do this on a budget. I'm looking for a talented game developer to create a unique fantasy creature mob for me. This mob should have the following characteristics: - Type: A fantasy creature - Special Features: The creature should be capable of flying and possess magical abilities. The magic abilities should be a breath attack and one other attack I can go into detail with . - Environment: The mob should be designed to inhabit a mountainous terrain. This means it should be able to navigate steep, rocky landscapes with ease. Ideal skills for this project include experience in game development, animation, and programming. A strong understanding of fantasy genre conventions and ability to create engaging, believable creatures is a must. Please include examples of your previous work in your bid.
