Looking for someone to create a SharePoint Online web based form where any user (who has access) in any browser (Chrome, IE) can type a name of a folder and then it will upload the contents of that matching folder on a local network share (SMB) to a SharePoint Online list item as attachments.
The files are uploaded to the SharePoint list as attachments and the list will have other columns.
Example - user creates a new form in the custom list and types in "TRENT" in text field box and fills in other information on the form, once they press OK a process will then copy all files on the network in the folder \\server\files\TRENT to this new list item as attachments.
*must be able to use this on multiple SharePoint sites*
The attachments must be accessible via Windows Explorer and there will be other field/columns on the form as well. Most likely this will be provided in .wsp file to upload to SharePoint Online.
