Employee Directory Word Document

I need the details that already appear on our website—name, photo, and current position for every staff member—pulled together into a single, clean Microsoft Word file. Each entry should leave me plenty of space right under the position line so I can type or paste a short job description later without breaking the layout. Please capture the images at a resolution that stays sharp on-screen yet keeps the overall file size reasonable, and preserve any accent marks or special characters in the names exactly as they show online. A simple, consistent style (think one page per person or a neat table-based listing) will work as long as it’s easy for me to edit in Word. Deliverable: the finished .docx containing every current employee, ready for me to add text.
