First I will check the sql server service is up and running or not. I see that you are trying to connect to a remote server, so the SQL server port should be opened between the your local machine and the remote server. The last thing is to check that SQL server authentication is enabled in the SQL Server installation you are using. There are other possible issues that may cause this error, message me and we can check it together.

Dear sir, it looks management studio is intalled but sql server is not connecting. plese check follwoing , 1- SQL service are running ? 2- Server name is proper ? 3- If it is on network then check the server 4- check the port of server 5- try to connect with IP address 6- Password ok ? 7- if it is on local machine check with local host 8- or give me access i will check it Regards, Hussain Ahmad
