MS Project Expert for Manufacturing Processes

We are looking for an experienced freelancer proficient in Microsoft Project (MS Project) to support our team in developing, managing, and optimizing project plans. The candidate will be responsible for creating detailed project schedules, resource allocations, and process flows tailored to our custom manufacturing requirements. Key Responsibilities 1) Develop and maintain detailed project plans in MS Project for custom manufacturing processes. 2) Break down complex processes into manageable tasks, dependencies, and timelines. 3) Define and allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials. 4)Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide updates to stakeholders. 5) Identify potential risks, delays, and bottlenecks, suggesting mitigation strategies. 6) Prepare project dashboards, Gantt charts, and status reports for management review. 7) Train internal team members on MS Project usage (if required). Ensure alignment of project planning with organizational goals and timelines.
