• Review licenses for each user (70-80 user environment)
• Review Admin roles. Are they assigned correctly, assigning proper oversights for admins with respect to positions
• Verify correct billing
• Verify storage capacity
2. Workforce Project Automation and Collaboration (i.e. Microsoft Planner) – Design, Implementation and Training
3. OneDrive Amalgamation, Design, Implementation and Training (Eliminate Dropbox 100%, enable a hard date for that transition)
4. Employee Intranet – Share Point – Design, Implementation and Training
5. Office 365 (Exchange, etc.) – Best Practices and Training
• Ability to merge contacts
• Create a central bank for contacts
• Using calendars more effectively
• Sharing calendars correctly
• Assigning pictures to each user (requirement)
• Updating profile correctly for each user
• Titles, address, etc. general information
• Consistency in email addresses for like positions with the department (alignment from payroll)
