Simple task management database
I am looking for some to develop a simple task management database in MS access.
The database should take into account that you have general tasks and tasks that belong to a project. So on the main page you should have a section for general tasks, then have a section for each project, you should be able to create as many projects as you like. you should click on the general task section and then be able to browse through each task or click on a project and see its associated tasks.
When a task has been completed you click on task complete it should disappear of the task list and go into archive.
You should be able to view archived general tasks and projects with thier associated task
You should be able to move task from one project to another
you should be able to duplicate a task.
On the document section you should be able to add document required. when the document are complete the user should be able to drag and drop a file on the particular document and a link should be created that the user can click on to open the document. All document will be on the users computer or network.
Should be able to delete documents and checklist items once created
