Need someone that know how to create a MS Access form and database

I need someone that can help us developing a client, project, contract database. We have 3 types of contracts each of them has to be B2B and B2C (that means 6 types of contract in total) We need first to develop a client database and form to enter new clients. Than we need to develop a project database and form to enter new clients. We need to assign Clients to projects, and read all that data toghether in one table also. We need to have a contract database where we assign project and client to the contract, and where we need to complete some of the contract fields. Than we need all the data in one table from the contract containing the client details the project details and contract fields. (with that table we will later link the fields into word template.) The client are 2 types B2B and B2C - so we need to insert client in different database or same database but we dont need to see the other type of client fields in the form after we select the type of person. I need something simple and if i need to change or add a field to be simple I dont need special interface or something, something simple that can do my job.
