I would like to manage a project. The Vendor would quote a job, I would create a Purchase Order. The vendor may invoice in progress (a sum less than the PO amount) or the full amount... Once the Vendor has invoiced I would then pay the vendor the amount invoiced (the invoice amount can not be more than the PO amount and the check can not be more than the Invoiced amount. The vendor can have multiple Purchase Orders and of course multiple invoices and checks...

I would like this written in Microsoft Access so I could edit if needed.
