I have a spreadsheet with roughly 150 vehicles. I need to have an Access (or similiar) database built so I can enter vehicles (Make, model, year, VIN number, fuel type, Tag, registration expiration, Insurance expiration, Unit number, IMEI number for GPS units, Driver name, and comment box. I need to be able to have reports setup to notify my of soon to be expiring registrations, insurance, and inspection dates. I also need to have the database link where I can scan in registrations, insurance, Inspection, IFTA, and other documents to have easy access to those documents.
