MS Access - Google Webmaster

Hi,
Hi, this is a fun and simple MS Access project for anyone looking to earn a couple of dollars on the side. It might look big, but that's just because I have taken the time to explain each part of the application. I've even included sketches and sample data!
This project is for the development of a microsoft access application imports keyword data from Google Webmaster and provides some useful reporting functionality. I have attached screenshots of the main pages which show the general layout / functionality.
The data will be exported from Google Webmaster as a CSV file and has this format (a demo CSV is attached):
Query,Impressions,Change,Clicks,Change,CTR,Change,[url removed, login to view],Change
You can see the "Change" column is repeated. That is because google shows the change column for each metric. The "change" columns are not needed, and should be excluded from the historical database. Sometimes (I should say, all the time) the google webmaster data has erroneous data in the "change" columns. It also injects a quote character " around some items. Another gotcha is the final "Change" column can be blank, which makes the row finish with a comma. Your import process needs to cleanse the " characters and be able to manage the above quirks.
When we import data, we will need to decide which website it is for, and the date the data is for. This will be used for creating website-specific reports. I envision this through a "Select Website" and "Select Month/Year" control.
The reporting side of this application will need to show all the queries for a chosen website, sorted first by sort priority (largest to smallest), and second by impressions (largest to smallest) from the most recent date. From there, each row needs to have 6 columns, one for each of the previous six months for the chosen date (which was selected before generating the report). These column have the "Average Position" in them. FYI, this is the average position on the google search results.
I'd like to see the delta (difference) comparing each month, color the value green for positive, red for negative, and black for no change (default text color). Attached is a whiteboard example of the report (I only had green and red markers).
The report needs some smarts to accommodate less than 6 months of data. it would just show the months available.
The general design of the database would take this form:
Table: tblWebsites
Website ID (autonumber - primary key)
Website Title (text)
Website URL (text)
Table: tblWebmaster
Record ID (autonumber - primary key)
Website ID (number - linked to tblWebsites)
Date of Import (datetime- this will be the date of the import process)
Date of Record (date - this will be the 1st day of the chosen month the data is for)
Query (text)
Impressions (number)
Clicks (number)
Avg Position (number)
Table: tblQueryCustomOptions
Record ID (autonumber - primary key)
Website ID (Number - linked to tblWebsites)
Query (text)
Disabled (yes/no - default is no - control whether a query is shown on the report)
Sort Priority (number, default 0)
