The task is straightforward: get Outlook working flawlessly with my Microsoft 365 tenant. My priority is email account setup. I have a few brand-new mailboxes that still need to be added and several existing addresses that were migrated earlier but never configured properly. All of them live inside Microsoft 365—no Gmail or Yahoo in the mix. Here is what I expect when we are done: • Every new mailbox added to Outlook (desktop for Windows, and ideally mobile) using modern authentication. • All existing accounts re-connected so they send and receive without credential pop-ups. • Autodiscover and DNS confirmed or adjusted if needed. • Folder structure, signatures, and basic rules preserved. • A quick walkthrough so I understand how to add future accounts on my own. Once everything syncs correctly and test messages flow both directions, the job is complete.
