My approach: start with a discovery of your current Workspace setup, domains and licensing, then stand up the Microsoft 365 tenant and Entra ID — users, groups, named break-glass admin accounts, MFA enforced through Conditional Access (block legacy auth, require compliant or managed devices, risk-based sign-in), and self-service password reset with writeback where it makes sense.
