We need an experienced Microsoft 365 developer/consultancy to build an end-to-end automation for construction project tracking inside our tenant. Scope (must-haves) Project Online (Plan 3) as the system of record – no desktop .MPP automation. Read the Project Online schedule, identify subcontractor-assigned tasks, and generate per-subcontractor Excel Online trackers (SharePoint). Daily custom form/page per subcontractor (vendor-agnostic: MS Forms or lightweight web page) showing only that day’s tasks; delivered via email link (no QR). On submission, write back to the subcontractor tracker; compare planned vs actual and compute variances. Produce a daily recommendation set (only changed line items) for schedule updates. Engineer review/approval loop: send a PDF/Word summary + Excel diff table; on approval, update Project Online (Power Automate / Dataverse/REST). Notifications via Outlook/Teams to relevant roles. SharePoint for storage, versioning, and role-based access. Build inside our Microsoft 365 tenant; all IP and artifacts belong to us. Nice-to-haves (phase later if needed) PowerApps front-end for forms, if it’s the fastest path and license-light. Basic dashboards in SharePoint/Excel. Copilot is not required for v1. Deliverables Solution design + data model (TaskID mapping to trackers/forms; dependency handling rules). Power Automate flows, forms/pages, SharePoint structure, and Project Online connectors.
