I need an AI-powered Copilot that focuses purely on task automation, specifically drafting and sending accurate, context-aware replies to our internal emails. The agent should read incoming messages, infer intent, pull the right information from existing documents or knowledge bases, generate a clear response, and queue it for my approval (or send automatically based on confidence thresholds I can adjust). Key objectives • Seamlessly integrate with our current mail platform (Microsoft 365 ). • Maintain internal tone and vocabulary while respecting role-based access controls; no data should leave our tenant unless encrypted. • Allow me to fine-tune reply style through a simple settings panel and maintain conversation history for traceability. Deliverables 1. Deployed Copilot agent connected to my mailbox. 2. Configuration dashboard (web, desktop, or add-in) to set rules, confidence levels, and fallback actions. 3. Basic logging/analytics so I can track volumes, average response time saved, and manual overrides. 4. Clear hand-off documentation: setup steps, environment variables, and code comments. Acceptance criteria • The agent generates at least 90 % accurate first-draft replies for a sample set of internal communications. • No external recipients or data leaks detected in a security review. • All features run within the agreed account without extra licenses beyond those documented up front. If this foundation proves solid, I may expand functionality later to cover customer inquiries or sales emails, but for now the scope is strictly internal.
