One of my Microsoft 365 Exchange users suddenly stopped receiving any incoming mail. Messages never reach the inbox, junk, or any other folder, and no bounce-backs or error pop-ups appear on either Outlook or OWA. The user can still send mail without issue. I need a specialist who can jump into the Microsoft 365 admin center (Exchange Online) and trace what is blocking or rerouting inbound traffic—whether that’s a transport rule, mailbox quota, hidden forwarding, connector misconfiguration, or something else. Feel free to use Exchange message trace, PowerShell diagnostics, or any other standard tools you rely on; I just need the root cause found and fixed quickly. Deliverables: • Inbound mail flowing normally to the affected mailbox • Brief summary of the issue and the corrective actions taken (for our records) I’ll provide temporary admin access and can run any commands you need. Looking to get this wrapped up as soon as possible.
