I am looking for someone or a team to design and develop a simple syringe pump driven by a micro motor. The micro motor is controlled (speed and direction) by a controller which is connected and controlled by a cell phone. The controller should be able to control at least 2 motors independently (the motors can have different speed or direction at any given time). The motor and the controller needs to be small: 1-2 cm in each dimension, if possible, and cheap. The solution might have already existed but I don't know enough to make it.
Please provide general information on how you would like to approach this work and the expected time frame to complete it. Please also provide the method for product testing and delivery.
