Silver 8 PCB design parameters:
To deliver a controlled DC current to a pair of electrodes @ 1 milliamps using a 24 volt AC or DC power supply. [internal rectifier]
1] The polarity switches between the electrodes every ~3 minutes with LEDs showing it is switching [see [url removed, login to view]]
2] A timer is triggered when the current reaches its maximum.
3] The timer can be set in 2 hour increments by multiple pushbutton strokes [1 stroke = 2 hours...2 strokes = 4 hours ] and the timer turns the off machine after the set time.
4] Must be RF interference resistant. [Often used with a DC brush motor close by ] 74HC14 inverter chip to run an H Bridge has proven to be too sensitive.
5] Fit it all on a 2”x2” PCB with 2 mounting holes...surface mount is fine. HAMMOND - 1593KBK - ENCLOSURE, HAND HELD, PLASTIC [url removed, login to view]
6] Supply Gerber files and parts list.
If done using a PIC, can you write the program?

Hello. I have 10+ years experience in hardware design (mid to high complexity). I can do this project using PIC as well as write software for it, produce PCB and assemble samples.
