need few filters added to my EA

Job Description:

I have a simple price action EA and I need the following functions added.

1. Option for Stop-Loss and Take Profit to be at percentage of the previous bar.

2. The ability be used on BTC/USD (possible issue: digits in the price, prevent the trade from being executed

3. Lot multiplier option, if a trade ended in a loss, there should be an option for the EA to enter at the next trade at a higher lot size. And if that trade ended in a profit, it should go back the original lot size.

4. Time zone filter. Trades should only be taken during the specified time zone.

5. Heiken ashi filter: trade should only get executed if 2 time frames confirm hieken ashi
