Build Web based Harmonic Scanner

1. Implement web based indicator to scan and draw harmonic patterns on the chart with the basic harmonic algorithms and calculations 2. When pattern is founded, check a few indicators (such as if RSI is above or touching the 70 upper line for sell and lower line for buy) and if all conditions met, send a trade signal through email alert. 3. Provide a way to lookup patterns in the past (by date) without manually scrolling on the chart 4. Keep this script confidential 5. Scan patterns in different time frames 6. Project can be integrated into social media into e-mail and telegram for SIGNAL communication. 7. And professional back-testing and live trading. to confirm EA's accuracy. 8. professional front-end and strong back-end as project is a web based system. 9. Pls scanner should scan one pattern at a time per currency pair, no multiple patterns scanning only littering different patterns all over 10. confirmed pattern should have a stop-loss of 5o pips above the D and maximum SL of 60 pips above or below the D for buy and sell respectively 11. Developer would have to create the webpage and design where the scanner would be just like the one i posted here 12. i don't have any technical know how about this project, so i need someone who has worked on something like this successfully and won't start asking for job specifications other than the ones i have already mentioned.
