Razorpay plus COD means the checkout has two different completion paths and the order state machine needs to treat them differently from day one, otherwise the admin dashboard ends up guessing what "paid" means for half the orders. For the build itself: catalog and category management first since everything else reads off it, then cart/wishlist/checkout in one pass since they share state, then order tracking and profiles, then the admin panel gets built alongside rather than bolted on after, since the stock and price fields the storefront reads are the same ones the admin writes. M1: catalog, category/stock/price admin, image uploads, $250, 5 days. M2: cart, wishlist, checkout with Razorpay and COD, order state handling, $275, 5 days. M3: order tracking, customer profiles, admin dashboard stats, deployment and handover docs, $225, 4 days. That 750 is my read off the brief as posted, I haven't seen your product catalog size or whether you've got brand assets ready, and either of those moves the number once I lock it in properly.
