Need to design (including load calculations and CAD diagrams) a small scissor lift with the following details/constraints
1. Base frame dimension - 14" X 24"
2. Load bearing Platform dimension (Frame) - 14" X 24"
2. No. of stages for scissor lift - 2
3. Material to be use - Stainless Steel only (SAE 304)
4. Should be able to raise a load of - 100kg - Load is a rectangular box of dimension (D 24" X W 17" X H 23")
5. Load should be held at any point in the scissor lift height
6. Speed - 25 mm/sec
7. To be driven by a linear Acutator (model JC35D - [login to view URL]) with the following specs
- Stroke Length - 400mm
- Mounting position - H type/ V type / 45 Degree type
- Speed at full load - 9 mm/sec
8. Min Height of scissor lift (including base and load platform) - upto 6" (lesser the better)
9. Max Height of scissor lift - 34"
10. Limit switch at lower and higher end

1. Under no circumstances can the scissor lift collapse or tip over. Additional safeguards to be built as required
2. Min Height to be kept as low as technically possible
