There is a sloped metal tube X inches across that runs Y feet at a X degree angle. At the top it is connected to a reservoir, and at the bottom it is open to the air after a stop valve. When the stop valve is closed (almost instantaneously) there will be an increase in pressure at stop valve. I need an interface where I enter the values and answer is returned.
