Fix Stuttering Garage Door Opener & Replace Thermostat ( Optional )

My B&D Controll-a-Door Power Drive has begun to jerk and hesitate almost every time it heads upward. The stutter is most noticeable on opening, and you can clearly hear a sharp smacking-style clatter in the short video I can share. Closing is still fairly smooth. I have done no real maintenance beyond the occasional mist of WD-40, so it is likely overdue for a proper inspection, adjustment and any part replacement that’s needed. I need someone who can: • Watch the video I provide, diagnose the root cause of the stutter and noise. • Come on-site, fine-tune or replace the failing components and fully test the opener through multiple open/close cycles. • Give the door and tracks a quick once-over so it runs quietly and reliably again, with advice on simple upkeep I can handle myself. If you have experience with B&D units or similar chain/rail systems, please tell me how soon you could drop by and roughly how long the job should take. The second job ( optional ) is to replace an old electric under floor heating thermostat with a new one. Old and new images attached.
