comsol simulation for gas sensors

We are using a SnO2 cantilever mounted upon Si block which will detect gases based upon resistance change in SnO2. A heater is placed to ensure the free flowing electrons in the cantilever. Two Pt electrodes will be placed beneath the sensor and isolated from the heater to detect this resistance change.
