We are hoping to blend, pasteurize, and cool all in the same unit but we need to filter/strain (between 100-200 micron) after pasteurization and before cooling. We are hoping to get 400L per day minimum. All of the equipment needs to fit in a 275 sqft room (12ft x 22ft) with a 4ft-wide doorway. For pasteurization, the liquid needs to be at 161ºF for at least 1 minute, then filtered/strained, then fed back into same unit to cool. A glycol chiller/heater is our preferred method of cooling/heating. We also have to adhere to USDA/FDA as well as California CDFA regulations for "Products Resembling Dairy Products"
