Hi Dear, I will model your Finite Element Analyse. and provide you CAE files. I am a PhD student in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years of experience. I have worked on several projects FEM modeling (ultrasonic-Ball burnishing process, composite buckling , tension test , 3-point bending test , spur gear mesh stiffness testing and drilling process using Abaqus) , and can deliver the model to tight deadlines. Hi there! I am gone through your requirements. I am ready to do this job, but I need further info. I am working as a professional Mechanical Design Engineer. I worked on designing different machines like Mini lathe that has a spindle runout of 0.0002 inches (it's in production right now) and also did some fully automated machines like Mail tray transfer unit (the client is USPS) and Dock To Ledge Transfer Cell (the client is also USPS), and I've also just added a 7 months project in the portfolio, a mechanical electric gripper which has a rotary and swiveling unit.
