Portable Trailer-Mounted Gold Recovery System.
Must fit inside a 40ft. Sea Container. ( Removable Sections OK )
Must be Road-Regsiterable in the US. i.e. Chassis Length approx. 36ft. Width approx. 8ft.
Tri-Axle Doubles at rear.
Supporting Jacks / Legs every 12ft.
At rear end - 10ft. Long Grizzly / Feed Bin reducing Feed Material through 4" Square Steel Grid. ( Grizzly )
This Feed Bin feeds undersize Material on to a Vibrating Screen.
The Undersize is Screened through a Chute to a Rotating Scrubber / Trommel approx. 30ft. long.
The Scrubber Trommel would need to be driven by Electric Motors through a reduction drive Gearbox.
The Trommel itself is supported and guided by small to medium sized wheels.
The Trommel must be angled down towards the front on the Trailer to allow Gravity and water to move the material towards the front where oversize material is ejected via a chute @ 90 degrees to one side allowing for the removal of this waste Material by heavy Equipment.
