I completed the full structural design of a 15×8 m two-storey steel office building, covering load analysis, member sizing, and steel detailing. I was also involved in the structural design of a 32-ton nuclear reactor room steel door, focusing on stiffness, load transfer to reinforced concrete, and stress/deformation verification under very high safety requirements. In the mining sector, I designed steel structures for a 100 ton/hour coal washing plant, including the coal crusher structure, vibrating screen support frame, and associated platforms. These systems were designed considering dynamic loads, vibration effects, and fatigue-sensitive members. I worked on the main structural frame of a belt press machine and developed its pneumatic system, integrating cylinders and actuators into the load-bearing structure. I also designed the primary steel structure of a pallet shredder, accounting for impact loads, torsion, and continuous operation. For municipal infrastructure projects, I designed floating pump station steel structures for TESKİ, capable of carrying pumps up to 3 tonnes, including load distribution and stability analysis on water. A utility model application was submitted for these floating transfer systems. Across these projects, I used SolidWorks, ANSYS, SAP2000, and AutoCAD for modeling, analysis, and detailing.
