I have delivered multiple projects that include system modelling in state space, matrix manipulations as well as system controller design and response generation. I believe I can complete your task to your satisfaction with the mentioned deliverables. Matrix decoupling can be achieved using Schur's or any suitable decomposition technique. Uncontrolled state response of the drone will then be plotted using MATLAB. Laplace transform or built-in function can be used to find transfer functions for the four outputs. If the system is unstable, arbitrary controller will be designed to stabilize the system then Ziegler - Nicholes method can be used to design the four PIDs. PIDs can then be tuned to incorporate the arbitrary controllers used. Closed loop system time and frequency responses then can verified using different standard inputs.
