Modelling of a Fuel Cell-Lead Acid Battery Hybrid System

I need to model a fuel cell-lead acid battery hybrid system using SIMULINK. Im a newbie to SIMULINK thus i need help in this project. Ive uploaded a sample SIMULINK demo which is very similar to my project.

The whole system is actually to model a fuel cell hybrid motor boat. There is a similar example in the SIMULINK demo but i need to modify it according to my specs, which i dont know how to do.

There are 3 main subsystem; Energy Management System, Electrical Subsystem, Vehicle Dynamic(Optional)

However, i need to change some of the specs of the Fuel Cell stack, Lead Acid Battery and DC motor which is in the Electrical Subsystem.

Electrical Subsystem

Fuel Cell Stack 1kW,24Vdc ( Ive managed to use a DC/DC boost converter to boost the voltage to 48VDc to run the motor)

Lead Acid Batteries: 4 x 12Vdc Lead Acid Batteries

Motor: 2HP, 48Vdc

Energy Management System

this can follow the one in the [[url removed, login to view]] example. the EMS is to monitor the fuel cell and battery charging, power level.

Vehicle Dynamic

Im not too sure about this part, but i need the motorboat to display its speed, throttle and etc.

Therefore, the only main concern that i have is just the electrical subsystem part which im stuck for a few months now. I believe that modifications from the [[url removed, login to view]] example would be needed to complete this project.
