Job Responsibilities –

Maintaining and increasing sales of your company's products

Reaching the targets and goals set for your area

Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base

Servicing the needs of your existing customers

Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market

Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself

Collecting customer feedback and market research

Reporting to senior managers

Keeping up to date with products and competitors

Developing & maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat / referral business

Managing business growth through identification & penetration of new market segments for achieving targets with a view to optimize revenue

Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.

Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.

Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
