Our company provides a US based outbound call center, generating leads for large high tech companies. Our sales reps bid and win lead generation projects that need to be "managed" in terms of making sure the calling programs run smoothly and progress reports go out to the customers on time. The ideal candidate for this position would participate on many team conference calls with prospects and client calls, helping to identify and manage all aspects of the call project.
This individual needs to have knowledge of the high tech market, including a general understanding of HP and Microsoft product sets.
Strong interpersonal skills are needed in organization, email correspondence, phone acumen, business writing and working closely with the sales and call center teams.
