marketing for 3d artist - open to bidding

Hi I am a 3d artist working in the industry for more than 7 years. I have started my own business less than 6 month ago which dedicates to all 3d modeling services (arch vis, character, environment, product, logo and etc) and architectural 3d animation ( not characters). What I need: 1st:a smart marketer brings me 3d jobs from companies in several industries like architecture, design, construction, oil industry, commercial, real states, graphic design firms and so on. No matter which way you go or which method you use. Internet marketing, word of mouth, bulk emailing, gumtree, social media campaigns, are all meaningless to me when there is no practical result. So the way you go is not important, but the result is. 2nd: a smart guy does the clients liaison. Again it is not important the way you contact and keep in touch with the clients. You may like to meet them regularly or just contact them through email. That is up to you. I like to spend all my time on the 3d job orders and its technical aspects, not wasting my time with replying back the clients and chase them up to pay the invoices! I am an artist, not a business man. What I offer you: At the moment, there are two other 3d artists working for me and I am doing both the 3d works+marketing. I am paying 30% of the price of each order to both of them and 70% to myself. I can offer you 30% of each job. (30% my 3d artists, 40%myself, 30%you) The total income of a 3d business is between 12k to 150k per year depending to the marketing efficiency.
