I have created a special & unique Web App that I need to now develop a sales Strategy to sell it.

The WebApp which continues expanding its features covers an integrated suite of options of Hi Quality Video & Audio Definition nteractive online Meetings, Webinars, Screen & Document Sharing,Video On Demand, Live Streaming, Text chat with Video & Image sharing as well as other features

A competitor is Zoom, but we are more advanced & easier to use

Our big advantage is ease of use & Security & ability to upload large files ( up to 10 gig per file)

All features are Browser & Tech Platform independent

I need someone who can work out a strategy as to how best to Market & Sell it into different market segments.

I am NOT wanting someone to develop a special website / splash page and do Facebook ads & similar, I want an "old fashioned" Sales & Marketing plan & be prepared to put it into action.

I will have created soon, the ability for it to be "sold" on a subscription basis.

I am not wanting it to be sold once off, but have ongoing revenue

People are using the WebApp now & raving about it. & when i tell them we can soon offer a subscription service, all want to sign up
