In need of admin assistant asap, who can work for a long-term period.
Your tasks would be anything related to help us with admin work such as:
- taking calls and making calls for clients, bill companies, etc.;
- arranging schedules for meetings and appointments;
- posting online platform as needed;
- filling out offers to properties;
- working cooperatively with our short-term rental company (fun!);
- any other work-related etc..
We already have successful freelancers who are helping us to grow this company. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking into growing in your career and learn more about real estate. In order for you to be qualified for the interview, we ask you have:
- some experience in admin work related;
- good flow of internet and excellent communication manner (we cannot work with you if you get disconnected a lot...);
- fluent English speaking skill, if you speak Spanish - it's a plus as we work with lots of Spanish speaking contractors;
- whatsapp application.
