We need a confident and creative professional with a strong marketing, sales, business development and lead generation background in the Recruitment and Management Consulting industries.
Job responsibilities as follows:
* Identify and meet Australian clients and try to get projects from them that our Company could respond to.
* Assist the Company to write business proposals and panel tenders
The job will be a mix of an hourly rate for proposal/panel tender preparation and and/or a commission basis on actual sales generated attributable to the candidate so payment will be depending on the client opportunity value and volume. We will provide an agreed percentage of the sales generated to the candidate as his/her remuneration. Once the Company signs a deal with the Client the candidate does not need to have any further responsibility. Would suit parents returning to the workforce or those seeking flexible hours and ability to work from home and comfortable with a performance based role.
Initially for 1-3 months to see how it goes and options to extend based on actual results achieved.
