We operate an Accountancy business in Australia.
We require a letter to be written to our target market being Real Estate Agents offering our services to them.
The letter needs to be written from a marketing perspective with the goal being that the potential client will call our Accountancy business and wish to meet with us to engage our services on an ongoing basis.
Specifically we want the content of this letter to be around offering Auditing Services to the Real Estate Agent and include at least the following.
While this is required by law that the Real Estate Agent engages an Auditor to audit there Trust Account - we want to point out that not all Auditors are the same, that not all Auditors are thorough and focus on educating the Real Estate Agent in improving how they do there work and reduce the incidence of errors which the Auditor is looking out for. We wish to highlight that we operate in a streamlined way when we conduct our audit, embracing technology with limited interruption to the Real Estate business while the Audit is conducted. We wish to let them know that we have over 20 years of experience working with the Real Estate Industry, that we are very familiar with how a Real Estate Agency operates, the software they use and are only a phone call away if they need assistance or have questions or concerns about a matter to do with the operation of the Trust Account.
Unlike many other Auditors, we are able to offer a fixed price for these services and payment terms which can assist with there business cash flow.
Perhaps part of the letter could state that our Accountancy firm has recently expanded our Audit division and as such we have capacity to take on addition clients ... this is just a thought.
