[login to view URL] Job Description Beta Analytic is seeking a self-directed, career minded individual to attend industry conferences and meetings throughout North and South America. Candidate must be able to travel. The position also entails communicating with researchers, product developers, amongst others, over the phone and email. Spanish speaking is a plus. Responsibilities include: • Identify and pursue new opportunities for our lab services. • MUST be comfortable on the phone, a lot of communication is over the phone. • Outstanding customer services skills. • Provide daily activity reports to company leadership. • Be a Team Play – contribute to positive, cooperative work environment, making sound recommendations to enhance operations and customer service. • Possess willingness and capacity to learn, assimilate, and maintain a high level of knowledge on company services, operations, industry, and client trends. • Create and maintain lasting relationships between our company and its new and existing customers. • Develop and implement strategic pre-event calls and client engagement as well as thorough, effective follow-up to large conferences. • Generate new business and new accounts while maintaining clients in a broad range of disciplines spanning the academic and business sectors.
