Virtual assistant needed in Spain

I am looking for an assistant, who can work systematically and tidily, to search for new suppliers and build up contact with them.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Make phone calls to producers to build up contact
2. Obtain relevant information via research and communication with suppliers
3. Sort out research data and record it methodically
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Willing to learn, to understand properly and follow up the work responsibly
- Be able to work systematically, tidily, and accomplish the work until the end
- Be sensible and analytical in communication
- Not afraid of making calls and communicating with producers to source new supply
- Follow strictly the guidance to record the working result and the research data methodically
- Have experience in project management is preferable
- Have basic logistics knowledge is preferable
- Native Spanish speaker with strong English skills
- Located in Spain
