Need articulate business consultant to call into customer base and conduct 1 hour interviews to better understand the needs of SMBs as relates to online back up software. Want to gather demographic and system information, current processes, pains and priorities as relates to backup software.
* Expect to conduct ~20-25 Interviews
* Project should conclude by end of June
* Contractor responsible for scheduling and administering interviews.
* Contractor responsible for capturing feedback in excel form - both quantitative and qualitative feedback.
* Contact list will include contact names, company names, phone numbers and email addresses.
* Cold calling will be necessary where scheduling is not possible.
* Downloading web based scheduling interface maybe necessary as well as setting up Skype credits for calling and US #. The latter to be funded by buyer if necessary.
* Interview guide and excel data model to be forwarded upon agreement of engagement. Contractor is expected to have back up industry expertise and knowledge and to get up to speed on products prior to calling.
