Hello. ★★★★★ This project is very similar to my previous works. I recently completed an automation project for a small manufacturing company that was building semi-automatic assembly stations for mechanical components. My responsibility was to design the pneumatic circuit and integrate it with a Click PLC and remote I/O modules. I selected double-acting cylinders, directional control valves, FRL units, and flow controls to achieve smooth and repeatable motion. I created the electrical wiring diagrams and assigned every sensor and solenoid to the PLC I/O map before commissioning. The sequence logic was developed using ladder logic with interlocks, timers, and fault detection to prevent cylinder collisions. I also configured analog pressure monitoring and added alarm conditions whenever air pressure dropped below the operating threshold. During testing, I fine-tuned cylinder speeds and sensor positions to reduce cycle time while maintaining consistent part alignment. The completed workstation was capable of running in both automatic and manual maintenance modes with clear HMI status indicators. After installation, I worked directly with the production team to validate every operating sequence and troubleshoot startup issues. The final system operated reliably throughout production and required very little adjustment after handover.
