PSD to Magento HTML

We are looking for a Magento developer/designer to convert a PSD design to Magento. The project needs to be delivered this week. The pages you make need to score very high in the Google Page speed insights tool. Also, you need to be able to write HTML codes based on best practices. The first project is designing pages and fixing a redirect issue when installing extensions. The designing project is converting wireframe pages and design concepts to Magento structures. We bought a template, and we need someone to convert that template to the appearance of the design concept. The redirect issue is related to installing extensions. After installing some extensions, we are getting the message that there are too many redirects. We are looking for long-term cooperation. The payment per hour and the number of projects will increase gradually. We prefer to find a young freelancer with ambitions to build together a team around that person and to create intensive, pleasant, and long cooperation. It's a big plus if you can start today or tomorrow and that you have time for the coming five days to work for many hours, including the upcoming weekend some hours. Only for this project, we need someone who can work at the weekend, because we are too late the first project. You also need to be able to deploy the Magento site on a server and configure the service to work efficiently with Magento. Secondly, you need to work on Teamviewer to be able to work with our security policies and contracts which we have with our customers.
