PHP small code change (Magento Module)

Hello! It's a very small projecgt, about a 10 minute work for someone who knows Magento and PHP. The issue: We have a payment module for Magento which is sending the product names, prices and quantities separately on each products to the payment company website. You can see the that part of the code below. We want to send only ONE FIXED product name (like "All Products") (we don't need the real product name) ONE QUANTITY and ONE TOTAL PRICE.
