We are a cold press juice company with a whole sale portion of our business. We would like to accommodate our client in allowing them to have a seamless ordering experience for their franchisees. We are currently running our ordering on [url removed, login to view] with several extension such as Subscription and Recurring Payments by Aheadworks and Partial Payment by Milople.
We seek to develop an extension that allows customers to maintain "standing orders" that will be shipped/billed automatically every week. The criteria include:
Open account users:
-Users who are part of the "on account" user group, will create an order via the shopping cart. During checkout they will be asked if they would like to save the order as a standing order.
-Users who save a standing order will receive automatic reminder emails 2 days before their scheduled delivery, reminding them to review their standing order, with a link to the standing orders page.
-Users can edit or add products on the standing order, by visiting their user account screen and editing any standing orders. They can also skip a week of delivery if they decide they do not need product for that particular week.
-Admin has to be able to create and edit standing orders for a customer
-Maintain the ability to add a discount to specific products on standing orders.
-The scheduled ship dates will be provided later and should be editable
There are presently 100 current standing orders, so automatic invoice creation on the ship date must be delivered to the customer via email.
-Admin should be able to print a hard copy of the invoice for the delivery driver.
The extension is to be developed for Magento 2.
