I need a backend page created that has a basic grid that you type in a “product id” and hit the enter key and it puts the product into the grid with a quantity of 1. If you type the same “product id” in twice it will put the product in to the grid with the first number and then change the quantity for that product to 2 the second time, 3 times = qty 3, 4 times = qty 4 etc…
Each product id will have to be an exact match search and will have to be submitted with an enter key for instance entering "1459" would only show the product 1459 and not 31459
To put 4 of a 6201-2RSC3 into the grid we would need to type,
After each product is submitted the cursor will have to return to the box ready to type the next number
If that would be too slow to populate the grid then we could use the same multi line text box as in our order scanning extension page and have that populate the grid. it is filled with the required codes and has a submit button to send the commands for all of the codes in the box.
I also need to have to have a column for the attribute “cost_price” so that if the product displayed has a value it will show on the grid, if not we can type in a text box, click save and it will update those values for the next time they are scanned. The mock up shows the cost price column and a save button for the cost attribute.
The “Clear Selection” button will empty the grid
The action box will have a dropdown for printing custom notes or any other functions we think up at a later date
I will need 3 printable sheets created
one called “Purchase Order” where we could click on “PDF Purchase order”, click submit and a pop up come up where you choose a supplier name from a list, type an value in a box to insert as an order number. Then the purchase order would have the supplier’s details on it, the product, the cost price and the value you typed for an order number
The second sheet need to be called “PDF Price Enquiry” So it would generate a sheet that looked like the P/O but without an order number or the “signed by…..” and it would have an empty box where the price currently is for the supplier to write in a price. The sheet would be used to send to my suppliers for them to return with current prices, for us to then generate a P/O
The Third sheet would be our "Working Sheet" it is a page full of rows that will populate with current date, qty, Price sold for (not including tax), Product Name and the rows would potentially be arranged by a "supplier_name" attribute shown on the sheet
For the Purchase Order and the PDF Price Enquiry the supplier details would be inputted into some sort of “add new” box like most Magento things are. Something basic like the attached in the config section.
