Magento: 1062 Duplicate entry - Can't add new products

My Magento store is no longer able to (1) Add Products or (2) Duplicate Products. The Problem To the best of my knowledge, there is a problem with an entry somewhere in the database. Perhaps something is no longer auto-indexing. Cause of the Problem I believe the error resulted because I attempted to use Magento's importer. The import function made the products appear in the back end only. The products did not appear in the front end. Error Message When I attempt to duplicate or create a new product, Magneto does not save the new product. It produces this error message: SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry '3422-1' for key 2 If I try again, the number will increase sequentially like this, one for each time I try to create a new product: SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry '3423-1' for key 2 SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry '3424-1' for key 2 SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry '3425-1' for key 2 SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry '3426-1' for key 2 SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry '3427-1' for key 2 SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry '3428-1' for key 2 3428 refers to the product_id or entity_id. I am not sure which. Another Problem Under Index Management, the index named Product Flat Data is stuck on "Processing". This is probably related. Steps Taken Already I have already tried: 1. Reindexing (Product Flat Data stays at "Processing") 2. Delete var/cache 3. Recache 4. Use the admin area to delete all the products that I imported 5. Empty all "log_" tables 6. Truncate and auto-index all "log_" tables 7. Select all tables and press "Repair Tables" ([login to view URL]) 8. Run "php shell/[login to view URL] reindexall" in SSH. Received success messages, but the problem remains. 9. Change table "core_flag" to big int ([login to view URL]) I need someone who can fix the problem. It might be just a bad entry in a table. I'm ready when you are!
