Script writer for Mac OS

I would like someone to write me an apple script, small piece of software, or similar (for mac os) to systematically work through a folder of unsorted files and search for each file on a network server.
If the script finds a matching file on the network if firstly records the path to the found file and secondly moves the desktop file to a folder named "found". If it does not find the file it goes on to the next one and keeps working through all of the files in the folder.
At the end of the search it produces a text document with the network path of all of the files found on the server.
