Apple Mac IT Support Freelancer for KerioConnect and Microsoft 365 Business Network Specialist -- 2

We are looking for an IT network expert with very good Apple Mac knowledge. The tasks often include problems such as NAS connection with Synology and Pegasus RAID 5 storage or help with Apple Mail or Kerio Connect. This also includes planning and implementation or migration to Exchange Office 365 in Outlook.

First and foremost we are looking for a reliable freelancer who can support us on demand and with projects and shows how it's done. The priority is to transmit the knowledge and to explain how problems have arisen and how they can be avoided.

The whole thing should run over a secure TeamViewer connection or something similar. During the remote session, the work is done by ourselves. Your job is to check and make suggestions for improvement.

All devices and programs are in Germany and in the German language, but shouldn't be a problem because the interface usually stays the same.
